Review Hammer (“Agency,” “we,” “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients and their customers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information in connection with our services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Client Information
When you sign up for our services, we collect:

• Business name and contact information
• Billing and payment information (processed securely through Stripe)
• Email address and phone number
• Business address and website

2.2 Contact Data
Client-uploaded contact data including names, phone numbers, email addresses, and other business information stored within our platform on Client’s behalf.

2.3 Platform Usage Data

• Login activity and account usage
• Messages sent and received through the platform
• Appointment and calendar data
• Form and survey submissions

2.4 Technical Data

• IP addresses
• Browser type and device information
• Cookies and session data for platform functionality

2.5 Social Media Account Data
Where social media services are enabled, Agency may access and store authorization tokens for Client’s connected social media accounts (such as Facebook and Instagram) solely to enable automated posting features. Agency does not access social media accounts for any purpose beyond delivering the services outlined in Client’s Service Agreement.

2.6 Domain Registrar Access
Where website services are provided and Client grants Agency access to their domain registrar account, Agency will access only the DNS settings necessary to connect Client’s domain to Agency’s platform. Agency does not collect, store, or use domain registrar credentials beyond this purpose.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our services
• Process payments and manage billing
• Send service-related communications including invoices, receipts, and account notifications
• Respond to support requests
• Improve and develop our platform
• Comply with legal obligations
• Enable automated social media posting on behalf of Client where social media services are active

We do not sell, rent, or share Client data or contact data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Client Data Responsibility

4.1 Clients are responsible for the lawful collection and use of all contact data they upload to our platform.

4.2 Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from their own customers before adding them to our platform.

4.3 Agency acts as a data processor on behalf of Clients for contact data. Clients are the data controllers responsible for their contacts’ data.

4.4 Clients are responsible for maintaining access and authorization for any connected social media accounts. Agency is not responsible for data loss or service interruption resulting from a Client revoking or losing social media account access.

5. Data Storage and Security

5.1 Data is stored on secure servers through our platform provider.

5.2 Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe and is never stored directly by Agency.

5.3 We implement reasonable security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

5.4 No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

6.1 Client account data is retained for the duration of the active service agreement.

6.2 Upon account termination, Clients are responsible for exporting their data before account deactivation.

6.3 Agency is not obligated to retain Client data after account deactivation and may delete it without notice.

6.4 Billing records may be retained as required by applicable law.

7. SMS Messaging & Opt-In Data

7.1 No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

7.2 Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.

7.3 All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7.4 Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

7.5 Clients who opt in to receive SMS messages from Review Hammer may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, no further messages will be sent except a one-time confirmation of the opt-out.

8. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Phone carriers — SMS delivery
• Google, Yelp, Facebook — review platforms
• Facebook and Instagram — social media posting (where social services are enabled)

Agency is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

9. Cookies

Our platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain sessions and improve functionality. Clients may disable cookies in their browser settings, though this may affect platform functionality.

10. Client Rights

Clients may:

• Request access to their account data at any time
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Export their data at any time while their account is active
• Request account deletion by canceling their service agreement

11. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
